Desort, a nationwide recruitment and staffing firm, is hiring a Business Development Representative to acquire new employer clients and grow our business. This is a 100% commission-only role with earnings tied to your performance, offering flexible remote scheduling and no guaranteed income.

You will make outbound cold calls, connect with practice owners, HR leaders, and hiring managers, and build your own sales pipeline while representing Desort's recruitment services across professional

Qualifications

About the Role

Desort is a nationwide recruitment and staffing firm serving dental, medical, veterinary, optometry, legal, and other professional industries. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative to acquire new employer clients and grow our business.

Important: This is a 100% commission-only position with no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed income. Earnings are based on the business you successfully generate.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective employer clients nationwide.
• Connect with business owners, practice owners, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort's recruitment services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into signed clients.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, business development, SDR work, or recruitment sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely in a commission-only role.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
