Comfort Keepers | Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area
Full-Time | Base Salary of $60,000 + Uncapped Commission (Tied to sales results)
Build Relationships. Create Opportunities. Grow a Market.
Comfort Keepers is looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative who loves opening doors, building relationships and finding opportunities others don't see.
This is not a position for someone who wants to manage an established list of accounts. We are looking for a hunter and relationship builder who is comfortable prospecting for new business, developing new partnerships and turning relationships into measurable results.
You'll have the support and reputation of an established, respected brand—but we'll expect you to bring the curiosity, persistence and creativity to grow your market.
You may come from healthcare—but you don't have to.
We're more interested in finding someone who:
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission tied directly to the business you generate.
The stronger the relationships you build and the more business they produce, the greater your earning potential.
Comfort Keepers provides high-quality in-home care that helps older adults remain safe, independent and connected in the homes they love. Our local organization is growing, and we're building a business-development team capable of taking that growth to the next level.
If you're a creative salesperson who likes building something—not simply maintaining what's already there—we'd like to meet you.
