Business Development Representative-Inside Sales

Join to apply for the Business Development Representative-Inside Sales role at National Dentex Labs.

Description

Join National Dentex, a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring for key positions including this Business Development Representative-Inside Sales role. This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to change.

Responsibilities
  1. Cold-call prospects.
  2. Identify decision makers within targeted prospects and leads to initiate the sales process.
  3. Collaborate with laboratory leadership to develop strategic sales approaches.
  4. Create email and direct mail marketing campaigns with laboratory leadership and Marketing.
  5. Set up and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales activities.
  6. Support marketing efforts at trade shows, exhibits, and events.
  7. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers for cross-selling and up-selling.
  8. Overcome customer objections.
  9. Investigate and troubleshoot issues within your territory.
  10. Communicate brand identity effectively.
  11. Maintain excellent service for existing accounts, review new services, and foster friendly relationships.
  12. Perform any other tasks as assigned.
