The Business Development Representative/ Community Liaison implements the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems, and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing referral potentials by providing education to new and existing community professionals to achieve the goals and objectives of the community education systems.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in healthcare business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred. Prior marketing and sales experience highly desirable.

Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license. Must have one of the following: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A licenses.

Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of the Dallas area behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets, and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment, and age-specific programming. Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage, and excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles and tactics; creativity and flexibility; skills in data collection analysis and interpretation; record of adherence to deadlines; customer service skills; willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required.
