OPTRIC is a fully remote company, and we’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales organization. No office to report to, no hybrid schedule, no relocation—you’ll work from wherever you live, anywhere in the US. The role suits someone who is disciplined, competitive, comfortable with outbound prospecting, and motivated by measurable results.
As a BDR, you’ll identify new business opportunities, generate qualified meetings, and build pipeline for our Sales team. You’ll work closely with experienced Sales Executives while developing the skills and experience needed to advance into a Sales Executive role through OPTRIC’s structured sales development and enablement program. Advancement is based on performance and readiness rather than time in seat.
Real tooling, properly set up. You’ll spend your day in conversations, not building lists in a spreadsheet.
