THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a natural networker with a knack for forging valuable connections? College Hill is on the lookout for a proactive Business Development Specialist to join our team! This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work within Washington or you can choose to work from our Pullman, WA office. As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving growth by sourcing new leads and fostering relationships with potential clients.

While previous experience in business development is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite. THE ROLE

As a Business Development Specialist, your primary focus will be on sourcing and qualifying leads, laying the foundation for our sales team's success. Supported by our internal departments, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your networking skills to identify potential clients and initiate meaningful conversations. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth, as you identify and pass on promising leads to our internal sales team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively sourcing new leads through networking efforts
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients
  • Qualifying leads and assessing their potential value to the company
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
  • Providing valuable insights and feedback to inform our business development strategy
  • Continuously expanding your network through industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
  • Staying informed about industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in business development or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work
    authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future
