Business Development Representative - Utilities & Energy Tech
Fully Remote | Full-Time | East Coast / Central / Mountain (US)
Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed SpaceTech company applying AI to satellite and earth observation data. Their SaaS platform helps infrastructure operators monitor and manage risk from vegetation encroachment, ground deformation, and other threats to critical assets. With an international team spread across 30+ nationalities and a mission to monitor a billion assets globally by 2030, they're scaling fast in North America and looking for a BDR to help lead the charge.
This is an outbound-focused Business Development Representative role at the heart of our client's North American growth engine. You'll identify, prospect, and qualify leads within large, complex organizations (think utilities, energy, and oil & gas) before handing off high-value opportunities to the Account Executive team.
This role has been specifically recalibrated to prioritize industry experience over general SaaS sales background. If you've spent time prospecting into utilities, energy, oil & gas, or another highly regulated, bureaucratic, multi-layered industry (water, solar, and public sector/government backgrounds are also of interest), this is your opportunity to bring that hard-won knowledge to a category-defining company.
This is a remote role. We're prioritizing candidates based in the East Coast, Central, or Mountain time zones (Pacific/West Coast candidates will not be considered for this particular opening).
