Job summary

ELVTR is seeking a High Ticket Sales Representative (Remote) to engage with warm leads and guide them through consultative sales calls, matching them to ELVTR programs that fit their career goals. You will own your pipeline, drive enrollment, and contribute to a high-performing, remote-first sales team.

You will work with a globally distributed team, leveraging CRM and modern sales tools, and benefit from a competitive base, performance bonuses, and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Have a proven sales track record, ideally in high-ticket or consultative sales.
• Are comfortable prospecting and starting conversations from scratch.
• Communicate with clarity and confidence in English, both spoken and written.
• Build trust quickly and handle objections with ease.
• Are comfortable working in CRMs and modern sales tools.
• Manage your time well and stay organized under pressure.
• Own your numbers and are always looking for ways to get better.
• Believe education can change lives.
