About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in Charlotte. This is an opportunity to develop a career in sales and real estate acquisitions with a clearly defined growth path and an unbeatable wealth-building program. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, can handle consistent feedback, and are hungry for success, we want to hear from you!

  • $45-55K per year
  • $250 per offer made
  • Performance Bonus: $15,000 for securing 5 contracts in the first year
  • Team Retreat – To be defined 6 months after launch to establish KPIs
  • President's Club (Defined after 6 months)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a BDR (or similar role)
  • Smart, driven, and adaptable
  • Strong ability to handle feedback and learn from it
  • Naturally curious and asks a lot of questions
  • Highly motivated to succeed and not afraid of rejection

Personality Fit:

  • Can handle constant feedback and coaching
  • Not easily discouraged by rejection

  • Friendly, hardworking, and focused on results

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Training session
  • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM: Cold calling, texting, and emailing leads non-stop
