Restoration 1 of Dulles is seeking an outgoing, motivated, relationship-focused person to expand our presence throughout Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

You'll develop referral partnerships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance professionals, real estate professionals, and other local businesses. No prior restoration experience required; we can teach you the industry.

Local travel is required; candidates should live within approximately 45 minutes of Sterling, VA.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is personable, confident, dependable, organized, and self-motivated. Previous sales or industry experience is a plus, but the right personality and work ethic matter more to us than your résumé.
