Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Finpilot is seeking a dedicated BDR in Seattle to own the top of the funnel and generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities. You will build multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting allocators, asset managers, wealth managers and family offices, collaborating with the GTM team to shape our outbound motion.
You will also contribute to content creation for LinkedIn, blogs and newsletters to build awareness and drive inbound interest, while working closely with the founder and leadership.
Finpilot is the AI-native operating system for institutional capital.
Our customers decide where the long-term capital of the economy goes. They are the investment offices behind universities and governments, public pensions and foundations, hospital systems and insurers, families and asset managers. Tens to hundreds of billions of dollars each.
This is the capital that pays for research, medicine and retirement. Most people never think about who allocates it, and almost nobody has built serious software for the people who do.
Those teams still work across five systems built before AI, with a person in the middle moving information between them by hand. The people trusted with these decisions spend most of their week assembling information instead of judging it.
We are rebuilding that from the ground up. Finpilot unifies every system and every document an investment office holds into a single shared brain, then runs AI agents on top of it. The agents do the work: the research, the analysis, the diligence, the watch on every manager and every position. Continuously, in the background, at a depth no team could ever staff for. People come in for the decisions.
Human intelligence where it counts. AI agents everywhere else. Some of the largest and most respected pools of capital in the country run on Finpilot today. Several are pulling out systems they have relied on for decades and making Finpilot the platform their office runs on instead. This is an industry that changes its software about once a generation. It is changing now.
We are backed by Madrona Venture Group. We are a small team with deep expertise in finance and technology, decades of financial industry experience, and fintech companies previously built and acquired by Nasdaq and ADP. We have spent three years on the hardest part of applying AI to this industry: precision and accuracy, which are non-negotiable when a number ends up in front of an investment committee.

You will own pipeline generation and lead development at Finpilot. As our dedicated BDR, you build the top of the funnel and create a predictable flow of qualified opportunities.
With the go-to-market team, you will design and run multi-channel outbound to decision makers at allocators, asset managers, wealth managers and family offices: CIOs, CTOs, COOs and heads of investment operations. You will find creative ways to reach them, including industry events, conferences and networking.
You will also work on content: LinkedIn presence, blog and newsletter, to build awareness and generate inbound interest.
You will work directly with the founder and the go-to-market team to establish our outbound motion and shape our go-to-market approach. You will sit on discovery calls and demos early, because it is hard to write a good cold email about this product without watching a CIO react to it.
1 to 3 years of cold outbound or sales experience, and exposure to fintech or institutional investment. Financial services experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to exceptional BDR candidates who learn fast and have genuine interest in the finance and investment world.
You will be joining a small and talent-dense team. This is an opportunity to define the next generation of financial systems with AI and shape the future of knowledge work.
