Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our customer base. You will canvass neighborhoods, build genuine rapport with homeowners, and present restoration solutions while earning commission on new business.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $46,800 per year plus commission and a Total Rewards package including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• Ability to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time role with the following schedule:

• Winter: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 10 am-3 pm
• Summer: Monday-Friday 11 am-7 pm and Saturday 9 am-2 pm

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day canvassing neighborhoods, building genuine rapport with homeowners, and introducing them to the restoration solutions Southern Roofing and Renovations provides. You'll schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives, serving as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer experience.
