We’re seeking a driven sales professional to establish and lead the BDR function from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, crafting creative prospecting strategies, and ultimately setting the foundation for future SDR leadership. This role is ideal for someone eager to shape sales processes and drive growth in a fast-paced, horizontal product environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct high-volume outreach via email, phone, and social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create personalized demos for high-value prospects to boost conversion.
  • Partner with marketing to refine outreach and increase lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Develop deep expertise in the product and industry, becoming a trusted resource on AI/LLM technology.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS startups.
  • Prior SDR management experience is a plus.
  • Skilled in high-volume outreach and comfortable engaging via multiple channels.
  • Strong communicator—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter excited to build pipeline from scratch and innovate prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborative team player eager to work with AEs, marketing, and broader teams to drive results.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI/LLM technology or experience in technical sales.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Generating qualified leads and driving pipeline growth.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly meeting and lead targets.
  • Becoming a product expert and clearly communicating its value to prospects
