BlackLine is seeking a Business Development Representative to build demand for its finance automation platform. You will qualify leads from campaigns, conduct outbound prospecting, and articulate value to prospective clients.
A six-week training program establishes a solid foundation for success in the sales organization. You’ll work with finance and accounting audiences, use Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator, and strive to exceed metrics weekly and quarterly.
In this role as a business development representative (BDR), you will develop demand for BlackLine’s products and solutions, convey the value of our platform to prospective clients, and have a direct impact on BlackLine’s future success. You will participate in an intensive six‑week training program that establishes a strong foundation for success in the larger sales organization.

Salary Range: $48,800.00 – $61,000.00. Placement within this range depends on prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine offers short‑term and long‑term incentive programs, a robust wellness and benefit package, and a pay‑transparency statement that works with variable incentive components such as an Incentive Compensation Plan or On‑Target Earnings.
