The Job Center Staffing is seeking a high-performance Outside B2B Sales Hunter to drive net-new client acquisition in the Louisville market. This is a true field-based, revenue-producing role; it is not inside sales. It is not account management.

This is for a producer who thrives on prospecting, building pipeline from scratch, and closing new business. You will focus on expanding market share across light industrial and workforce solutions, supported by a strong recruiting and operations team

Compensation & Support

• $70K–$75K base salary (First year projected earnings $78K to $83K+)
• Strong OTE upside for top producers
• Full recruiting and operational support
