Legacy Restoration is hiring a Business Development Representative in Lenexa, KS. You’ll learn the business, develop your sales skills, and grow your earning potential as you canvass neighborhoods and set appointments.

This full-time role offers a competitive starting pay of $46,800 per year plus commission, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. You will travel locally within 2 hours of the branch, pass background and drug screening, and join a team focused on high-quality home

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

THIS Is a Full-time Role With The Following Schedule

• Winter: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–3 pm
• Summer: Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day canvassing neighborhoods, building genuine rapport with homeowners, and introducing them to the restoration solutions Legacy provides. You'll schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives, serving as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer experience.
