Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking a Business Development Representative in Ankeny, IA. You will canvass neighborhoods, build rapport with homeowners, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is a full-time role with earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

THIS Is a Full-time Role With The Following Schedule

• Winter: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–3 pm
• Summer: Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day canvassing neighborhoods, building genuine rapport with homeowners, and introducing them to the restoration solutions Legacy provides. You'll schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives, serving as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer experience.

• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch
