Job summary

Legacy Restoration in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Business Development Representative to learn the business, grow sales skills, and canvass neighborhoods to generate appointments for the Closing Sales team.

The role offers a starting pay of $46,800 per year plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, PTO, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. This is a full-time position with local travel within 2 hours of the branch.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage.
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods.
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• As our Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day canvassing neighborhoods, building genuine rapport with homeowners, and introducing them to the restoration solutions Legacy provides.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time role with the following schedule:

• Winter: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–3 pm
• Summer: Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm
