Job summary

HyperHired LLC in Indianapolis is launching a data mining and outreach role that sets appointments for our four closers.

You will knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections, while running the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned. You will also share field intel at weekly team huddles.

Success is measured by activity and commissions, with year-one earnings around $75K–$85K+ for top performers.

• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $75K annualized
• Year 1: Top performers clearing $85K+ and earning first look at leadership tracks

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
