Responsibilities

• Retail Center Operations: Open and close the retail center, maintain a welcoming and functional space, assist customers with water treatment products and service inquiries, monitor inventory, support staff training, and help open additional locations as needed.
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Support lead generation, follow up on leads, coordinate trade shows and community events, distribute marketing materials, and represent Atlantic Blue at events.

Atlantic Blue Water Services is looking for a motivated and organized Business Developer Representative to join our team. This unique dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers while also contributing to marketing initiatives that help grow a business.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Center Operations:

• Open and close the retail center, ensuring the space is organized, welcoming, and fully operational each day.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with water treatment products and service inquiries.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking products.
• Support the Retail Center Manager with staff coordination and training.
• Assist with opening or supporting additional retail locations as needed.

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Support lead generation initiatives and track incoming leads.
• Assist with follow-up and documentation to support business growth.
• Coordinate trade shows, community events, and marketing activities.
• Help prepare and distribute marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and product information.
• Represent Atlantic Blue at events and engage with potential customers.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or similar experience preferred.
• Marketing, event coordination, or promotional experience is a plus.

Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using social media and basic marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
