Job summary

Atlantic Blue Water Services is growing and looking for motivated individuals to build a high-income career as a Water Specialist. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them find the right solutions to improve water quality in their homes.

Paid training and ongoing support are provided, with a base pay plus commissions and bonuses. This is a full-time, field-based role in Westminster, MD, requiring a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer

Atlantic Blue Water Services is growing and looking for motivated individuals to build a high-income career as a Water Specialist.

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them find the right solutions to improve water quality in their homes. No industry experience required—we provide paid training and ongoing support.

Compensation

• Base pay (hourly or salary, depending on experience)
• Commission and performance-based bonuses
• Expected total earnings: $70,000 – $90,000+ annually
• This is not a commission-only position

What You’ll Do

• Perform in-home water testing and evaluations
• Educate homeowners on water quality and system performance
• Recommend customized water treatment solutions
• Prepare estimates and close sales

Preferred (not required):

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel locally to customer homes throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 25–50 lbs) as needed
• Ability to use hands and arms to operate testing equipment and demonstrate products
• Ability to perform job duties in a residential environment
