MCM Real Estate Services is a family owned and operated investment firm focused on buying and selling properties within the DFW Metroplex. MCM Real Estate Services operates different than your run of the mill investor, we center on providing solutions for homeowners and Realtors alike. Founded in 1988 by Steve DeLeon, MCM has been a part of thousands of real estate transactions while working with sellers who are looking for a non-traditional way to sell their home. Our experience, transparency, certainty, and flexibility make MCM stand apart from all the rest.

After 30 years of real estate investing experience, Steve began to explore the education route aimed to share his vast knowledge of real estate. With his team, Steve became a TREC CE Provider for Texas REALTORS. Since 2018, Steve has taught over 400 real estate agents. In 2020, his daughter, Alexandra, joined MCM. Together, they launched MCM University and created several continuing education courses for real estate agents, along with a Mentorship Program geared towards helping the average person build generational wealth through real estate investing. With the launch of MCM University in Summer of 2022, MCMU has welcomed 17 families into the Mentorship Program and guided each of them with the purchase, renovation, and sale of their investment projects.

Job Purpose

As aBusiness Development RepresentativeforMCM Real Estate ServicesandMCM University, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth. You will engage with real estate professionals, prospective clients, and industry partners to generate new opportunities, promote MCM’s real estate solutions, and increase enrollment in MCM University’s educational programs. Your role will involve networking, outreach, and personalized relationship-building to further enhance MCM as a trusted leader in both real estate services and professional development. By identifying client needs, fostering long-term partnerships, and delivering value-driven solutions, you will contribute to the overall success and expansion of MCM’s mission. This role is perfect for someone who thrives onbuilding connections, providing value, and making a lasting impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

·Build & Maintain Relationships– Develop meaningful and lasting connections with realtors, investors, industry professionals, and community partners to foster trust and long-term engagement.

·Deliver Exceptional Customer Service– Serve as a reliable resource by providing timely support, personalized solutions, and a seamless experience for clients and partners.

·Be a Source of Value– Offer strategic insights, educational resources, and tailored recommendations to real estate professionals and prospective clients, ensuring MCM is continuously seen as an industry leader.

·Attend & Represent at Industry Events– Actively participate in networking events, real estate conferences, CE classes, and community engagements to promote MCM Real Estate Services and MCM University.

·Drive Business Growth– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with MCM’s mission and contribute to its expansion.

·Market MCM’s Offerings– Effectively communicate the value of MCM’s services and educational programs, driving awareness and increasing participation.

·Follow Up & Nurture Leads– Consistently engage with prospective clients and partners, providing ongoing support and follow-up to strengthen relationships and drive conversions.

·Collaborate with Internal Teams– Work closely with MCM’s leadership, marketing, and education teams to ensure alignment and optimize outreach efforts.

·Stay Informed & Educate Others– Keep up with market trends, industry shifts, and MCM’s evolving offerings to provide knowledgeable guidance and insights to clients.

·Enhance Community Presence– Actively contribute to MCM’s community initiatives and outreach efforts, strengthening brand awareness and reputation.

Qualifications & Experience

·1–3 years in business development, client relations, or sales(Real estate or education industry experience is a strong plus).

·Background in real estate, marketing, or education

·Experience with community outreach, partnerships, or event coordination.

·Proven success in networking and lead generation.

Skills

·A strong ability to build and nurture relationships, connecting with people in meaningful ways to create lasting partnerships

·Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to confidently engage with clients, articulate MCM’s value, and professionally represent the brand.

·Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset is necessary, with a proactive approach to seeking new opportunities, following up with leads, and driving business growth

·Experience attending industry events, conferences, and community gatherings

·Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial

·The ability to easily navigate MCM’s digital systems & email marketing platforms

·A team-oriented mindset is essential, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with MCM’s sales and education teams.

·Familiarity with real estate transactions, CE courses, and professional development programs is a plus

·Some evenings required, depending on the event type

·This is anonsite, in-person position, with frequent opportunities to conduct business engagements outside of the office as needed

Compensation

This is aW-2 positionoffering abase salary plus uncapped commission, providing the opportunity for significant earning potential based on performance.

  • Annual Pay Range:$48,000 - $70,000+ per year (base salary + commission)
