The Business Development Relationship Manager develops and maintains relationships with large key accounts to provide dedicated customer service and promote natural gas technology and use. Through their relationships and industrial technical knowledge, they are able to identify and optimize margin opportunity for the company. Understand and use the South Jersey Gas Tariff to the benefit of the customer and the organization. This is an excellent mid-career opportunity for someone that enjoys navigating diverse technical sales opportunities.
Effectively sell, listen, and communicate with customers
Provide benefits of natural gas appliances over competitive fuel appliances
Compare carbon footprint of buildings based upon energy used
Understand “Energy Efficiency” strategies and terminology
Handle multiple technical tasks concurrently
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of city and state building and land regulations
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering and architectural plans
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
