Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Fully Remote position seeking a highly connected and strategic Business Development & Purchasing Manager to lead growth and procurement efforts in the waste, recycling, and plastic compound markets. This is a high-impact, dual-function role focused on expanding feedstock sourcing and building partnerships within the chemical recycling and secondary materials industries (focusing on plastic compound material, chemicals, recycle).

Our Client is a fast-growing U.S.-based manufacturer with deep roots in sustainability, innovation, and closed-loop plastic production. With a state-of-the-art, AI-driven facility and automated injection molding systems, they transform waste into premium recycled pellets and products-contributing to a greener, circular future.
