Job summary

Turf Tank is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate and nurture leads for our autonomous line-marking robot in the United States. You will maintain a robust pipeline for Regional Territory Managers and promote Turf Tank’s solutions to sports facilities.

This role focuses on outbound and inbound lead engagement, scheduling product demonstrations, and hitting weekly KPIs. Travel up to 30% and work from our Omaha, NE office is typical.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule product demonstrations from qualified leads, maintaining pipeline.
• Execute outbound prospecting with 50+ calls per day.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Manage territory CRM database.
