Job Summary

Provides personalized banking services to financial institution clients. Learns the skills necessary for business development via networking and building relationships with clients and prospects.

Pay Range: $84,878 - $112,463 - $140,049

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of account management including new account openings, follow up, communication and maintenance.
  • Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current clients to maintain goodwill to gain additional business. Handles sensitive client relationships and high net worth clients needs
  • Assist with development of relationships, supports business developers in acquiring new business.
  • Analyzes problems: answers inquires for clients and responds accordingly. Coordinates with other departments as required.
  • Reviews various reports to include check fraud significant activity/change. Compiles daily and month end reports.
  • Inputs and approves wire requests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required. Associate's preferred or combination of education and related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' financial services experience providing high level support to clients
  • Strong knowledge of financial products & services
  • Strong client service skills both written & verbal
  • Prior management experience preferred
