Job summary

Cys Security Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Marketing & Sales Manager. This hands-on, part-time role focuses on lead generation, client growth and revenue across intelligence, security and AI services, with flexible remote work from the UK.

You will own marketing campaigns, content creation and outreach, collaborate with leadership, and help convert opportunities into customers. The position offers 3 or 4 days per week, with some travel as needed.

Business Development & Marketing Manager

Working pattern: Part-time, 3 or 4 days per week

Location: Remote, UK-based, with occasional travel

Salary: (£24,000 for 3 days / £32,000 for 4 days)

About the role

We are looking for a commercially focused, proactive and creative Marketing & Sales Manager to help grow our businesses, generate new leads and win new customers. Operating across intelligence, personal online protection and advanced AI, we offer a range of innovative services to organisations and individuals. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that marketing is more than brand awareness, it's about creating opportunities, building relationships and driving revenue. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll take ownership of marketing campaigns and business development activity, helping us reach the right audiences and turn interest into new business.

What you'll do

• Generate new business: Identify target customers, research opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Drive lead generation: Use LinkedIn, email, digital campaigns and outreach to generate enquiries and book meetings. Support sales growth: Build relationships with prospects, follow up opportunities and help convert leads into customers. Deliver marketing campaigns: Plan and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and other relevant channels. Create engaging content: Produce compelling written, visual and short-form video content that builds credibility and generates interest. Promote our services: Develop clear messaging and sales materials for the company. Track results: Monitor leads, meetings, campaign performance and sales opportunities to ensure activity delivers commercial value.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong WordPress website-management skills.
• Experience using MemberPress or another subscription or membership platform.
• Demonstrable experience planning and managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• The ability to work with the marketing team to assess whether content and campaigns are generating new clients.
• Experience helping manage social media, email marketing, SEO and analytics.
• An understanding of lead generation, customer journeys and conversion.
• The confidence to work independently, bring ideas and take ownership.
• The ability to communicate complex or technical services clearly.
