This self-employed, performance-based role focuses on conversations, market development, and continuous learning. The position emphasizes flexible hours, remote work, onboarding mentorship, and the chance to build new markets

V2F Life Design works in human potential and leadership development, partnering with a global organization offering established programs focused on mindset, leadership and human potential.

We are seeking a resourceful, relationship-focused professional to expand our reach and connect prospective clients with educational programs that align with their goals. This remote contract role suits out-of-the-box thinkers who enjoy initiating conversations, developing new markets and following through consistently.

Your tasks

• Identify prospective clients and develop a consistent pipeline through self-generated leads.
• Create and manage digital outreach and marketing activity using established training and systems.

Role structure and compensation

This is a self-employed, performance based compensation structure.

Requirements

• Professional experience in business development, sales, client relations, marketing, consulting or a related field.
• Clear communication, active listening and confident relationship-building skills.
• Initiative, sound judgment and the ability to manage follow-up independently.
• Comfort using online meeting tools, digital platforms and a CRM.
• Interest in human potential development and leadership learning support systems.
• Willingness to learn, be trained in a consultative sales process.
• Ability to commit at least two focused flexible hours per day to consistent activity and training.
