MCFA – A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Transportation & Infrastructure Division in Haddonfield, NJ. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on driving growth with transportation agencies and infrastructure partners.

You’ll lead capture efforts, build strategic relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to shape tailored proposals while tracking pipeline performance and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the transportation, infrastructure, or AEC sectors.
  • Familiarity with public agency procurement processes and infrastructure funding mechanisms.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure planning, engineering, and construction management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Prior experience with agencies like NJTA, MTA, PANYNJ, DRPA, or similar is a plus.
