  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including project managers, procurement officers, and agency executives.
  • Lead capture efforts for infrastructure projects including planning, engineering, and construction management scopes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.

  • Fearlessness: You’re confident in your approach and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Relational Intelligence: You build trust quickly and maintain long‑term partnerships.

  • Curiosity: You ask questions, seek insights, and constantly learn.
  • Resilience: You bounce back from setbacks and stay committed to the mission.
  • Love for Metrics: You enjoy being measured and use data to drive performance.
Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Prior experience with agencies such as NJTA, MTA, PANYNJ, and DRPA is a plus.
Why MCFA?
  • Join a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business with a mission to serve and innovate.
  • Work with a team of Certified Planners, Engineers, and Program Managers delivering high‑impact infrastructure solutions.
