Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-timeBusiness Development Manager based Remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the federal sector.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless transition from business capture to project execution.
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and networking forums to expand market presence.
  • Work closely with proposal teams to develop competitive responses to federal solicitations (RFPs).
  • Leverage tools like GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, and USAspending.gov to identify and track federal opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant business development experience within government contracting.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully pursuing and capturing federal contracts.
  • Proficiency with government procurement databases and market research tools, including GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, and USAspending.gov.
  • Prior military service preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance (if applicable).
