About the employer:

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive the development of strategic relationships with business partners across the technology ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with resellers, system integrators, consultancies, and service providers to support and grow their ability to deliver value-added solutions to end clients. Your focus will be on building trusted, long-term partnerships that result in mutual revenue growth. Rather than engaging in direct sales to end customers, you will support a network of partners by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to effectively position our solutions in the market. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales capabilities with a collaborative, consultative approach to relationship management.

What You'll Do:

You will work with business partners such as resellers, integrators, and service providers to support their sales efforts and help grow joint business. Your main tasks include:

  • building and maintaining strong partner relationships,
  • identifying sales opportunities, running outbound campaigns, and managing the sales pipeline,
  • educating partners about products and helping them position solutions to end clients,
  • driving renewals, upgrades, and adoption of services within the partner channel,
  • supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement of partners,
  • using CRM tools to manage activity, track results, and forecast growth,
  • collaborating with internal teams to solve issues and improve partner experience.
What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partner/channel management (preferably in tech, SaaS, or cloud).
  • strong communication and relationship-building skills,
  • experience working toward sales targets and managing sales processes,
  • fluency in English (C1 level) and French/German/Italian/Arabic (min. C1 level),
  • ability to quickly understand technical products and explain their value clearly,
  • a proactive, organized, and goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills,
  • familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales workflows,
