Business Development Manager – New Logo Acquisition

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for New Logo Acquisition at Brink’s, a global leader in cash and valuables management. This role involves cultivating a pipeline of qualified leads within your regional territory, serving as the entry point for new customers, and introducing our solutions to key decision-makers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing sales opportunities within your geography
  • Engaging potential customers to understand their needs and conducting market research
  • Building pipelines and managing deals in Salesforce
  • Building trust with decision-makers and delivering compelling presentations
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in B2B new business development or field sales
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce

This position is open in states including NV, UT, AZ, CO, TX, with a competitive salary range of $61,700 to $77,100 annually, plus commission.
