Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is looking for a Market Closer to lead a Cincinnati, OH territory. You will own the full sales cycle, close contracts in SNF and long-term care, and build strategic partnerships with facility leadership.

You’ll travel 4–5 days a week, operate with integrity, and drive growth while collaborating with a strong team that rewards performance and supports your professional development.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made.
• A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently.
• Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week).
• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
• Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
