Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Knoxville, TN is seeking an ambitious Market Closer to own a defined territory and drive full-cycle sales in SNF and Long-Term Care. You will build relationships with SNF owners and regional directors, articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model, and collaborate with leadership to expand market presence.

The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped bonuses, weekly education, executive support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made.
• A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently.
• Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week)
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
• Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
