Skilled Wound Care in Knoxville seeks a driven Market Closer to own the territory, drive full-cycle sales, and build lasting partnerships with SNF and long-term care providers. You’ll lead with integrity, enjoy autonomy, and benefit from an uncapped bonus structure, a base salary of $100k–$120k, and strong executive support in a culture that values growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency—you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made.
• Team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently.
• Unwavering integrity and strong personal brand.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to travel 4–5 days per week.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
• Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.
