Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a driven Market Closer to own a territory in the Cleveland area. This full-cycle role rewards independent execution, deep healthcare relationships, and surgeon-led wound care value selling to C-Suite leaders.

You will close accounts, grow the market, and partner with leadership to deliver measurable outcomes across SNF facilities and long-term care providers. Base salary is generous with uncapped bonuses and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care
• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made
• A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
• Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.

What We're Looking for

• 2-10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care
• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4-5 days travel per week)
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
