Salary Range: $101,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually depending on experience with variable compensation of $20,000.00.


Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is a global industry leader in digital displays, document security and software solutions. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager - Managed Print Services to work remotely, home-based in the West / Mid-West Region.


Position Summary:


Manage, plan and control Business Development accounts/engagements/activities in order to generate and maintain business across multiple channels in support of overall business/revenue objectives related to Managed Print Services and Digital Signage Solutions.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage the development and cultivation of MPS and Digital Signage business opportunities via various channels.

  • Direct the coordinate sales engagements to secure base accounts and maintain existing accounts while achieving revenue targets.

  • Ensure all facets of delivery and engagement are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage, plan and control Business Development teams used to collaborate with Toshiba Dealers in order to educate on the sale and use of Toshiba services and solutions (MPS & Digital Signage).

  • Assess identified methods to strengthen marketplace presence.

  • Set standards as appropriate.

  • Oversee the management of Dealer initiation, set up, overall training, and sales development.

  • Manage Professional Services engagements, to develop recommendations for leveraging Toshiba's portfolio of programs, products and solutions.

  • Develop tactical plans and ensure implementation in support of revenue growth opportunities for managed and professional services including team selling, identification of customer engagements, developing technical solutions and deployment and implementation planning.

  • Identify areas of concern and translate technical recommendations into executive presentations for senior management.

  • Manage business opportunities and partnerships with alternative business channel partners.

  • Oversee execution of such strategic initiatives. Oversee development of comprehensive programs to educate partners on Toshiba business value propositions.

  • Manage and execute special projects as required.

  • Manage all necessary reporting. Ensure reports are developed that capture operational performance. Develop recommended course of action where required.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience acceptable.

  • 8 years of major or national sales account experience focusing on managed print services business development and/or digital signage business development.

  • Sales and technical ability to manage all phases of the sales process, solution configuration, scope of work development, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

  • Experience and familiarity with partners, customers, and vendors and other strategic partners.

  • Proven ability to generate sales with a focus on solutions and Superior negotiating skills.

  • Pipeline and forecast management and reporting and proven success in developing and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Exceptional presentation/demonstration skills as well as strong written communications skills.
