Job summary

Logwin Logistics US Inc. in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in air and sea freight by acquiring high-value customers and expanding existing accounts.

You will lead proposals, negotiate deals, and conduct on-site client visits while collaborating with operations and product teams to deliver scalable logistics solutions that meet customer needs and boost satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or sales within air & sea logistics
• Commercial or logistics-related education completed
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Organizational strength and negotiation confidence
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools and CargoWise
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
