Business Development Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Industry: IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) / Circular IT Solutions

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary (dependant on experience) + Uncapped Commission (Total OTE ~$200,000+)

Overview:

Our client, a rapidly growing and mission-driven company in the IT asset disposition (ITAD) space, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive net-new enterprise sales across North America. This role is ideal for a true hunter with experience selling complex IT services or infrastructure solutions into large organizations.

The company is at the forefront of sustainable IT lifecycle management, providing secure data destruction, equipment resale, and responsible recycling. The BDM will play a key role in expanding its client base by engaging Fortune 1000 companies in multi-solution service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise prospects
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through discovery, proposal development, and contract close
  • Conduct targeted outreach through warm introductions, cold calls, email campaigns, and content-led engagement
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals in collaboration with internal technical and marketing teams
  • Maintain active pipeline and forecast accurately using Pipedrive CRM
  • Support onboarding of new clients and participate in ongoing account growth and quarterly reviews

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling complex IT, infrastructure, or lifecycle solutions
  • Proven success in building and closing new enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–9 months)
  • Strong understanding of IT services, resale, recycling, or asset management a plus
  • Consultative selling style with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) and sales reporting
