About the Client

Our client is at the forefront of transforming property ownership using decentralized technologies. They provide a platform that facilitates tokenization, investment, and seamless blockchain-based transactions within the real estate space. Supported by domain-leading experts, the organization is reconstructing the ownership infrastructure using next-generation decentralized tools.

Role Summary

An experienced IT leader is sought to guide the technical backbone of the platform, specifically focused on decentralized technologies. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in Web3 environments and demonstrates strength in both infrastructure strategy and the governance of technical documentation. This person will shape the underlying systems while promoting operational resilience and scalability.

Primary Functions

• Design and deploy infrastructure for distributed systems (e.g., blockchain platforms, cloud services, content-addressed storage, node relays).

• Lead a geographically dispersed team of operations engineers, IT staff, and cybersecurity experts.

• Curate and manage the lifecycle of technical resources, such as internal engineering manuals, API references, and protocol-level documentation.

• Architect secure user flows involving decentralized authentication, wallet integrations, and validator/node upkeep.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and operationalize a roadmap for cross-chain system expansion.

• Supervise the evaluation and onboarding of third-party providers, ensuring alignment with compliance frameworks and technical standards.

• Cooperate with product development and brand strategy teams to elevate technical storytelling and cross-functional alignment.

Required Background

• At least 5 years of hands-on involvement in Web3, decentralized finance, or blockchain-based infrastructure.

• 7+ years leading or architecting enterprise IT systems, platforms, or engineering teams.

• Proven track record in creating or directing comprehensive technical documentation initiatives.

• Experience contributing to full-lifecycle deployments for token-based or blockchain-native ecosystems.

• Hands-on background with DevOps workflows, validator operations, API endpoints, and Ethereum-compatible networks.

• Skilled in automation/scripting, with an understanding of decentralized security mechanisms.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work with decentralized collectives, protocol-based organizations, or early-stage blockchain ventures.

• Engagement in technical education or advocacy, such as open-source documentation or developer onboarding tools.

• Awareness of token standards, privacy-preserving cryptography (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs), decentralized identifiers (DIDs), or asset tokenization within property markets.
