About the Role:

Jennmar Services, a proven leader in coal mine labor staffing, is expanding. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our entry into new industries—specifically construction, oil & gas, and agriculture. If you have B2B sales experience, a strong work ethic, and can communicate effectively in both a hard hat and a boardroom, we want to talk to you.

This role is ideal for someone who’s self-driven, capable of building relationships from the ground up, and eager to help us grow into new markets while maintaining hands-on involvement with key accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Identify, pursue, and secure new clients in construction, oil & gas, agriculture, and related industries
  2. Sell both temporary and full-time labor solutions to companies throughout the Midwest
  3. Build strong relationships with site managers, project leads, and decision-makers
  4. Travel regularly to meet clients on-site and understand their workforce needs
  5. Assist in account management to ensure clients receive excellent service and support
  6. Collaborate with internal recruiters and operations to facilitate smooth job placements
  7. Report regularly on sales pipeline, targets, and performance metrics
  8. Represent Jennmar Services with professionalism, grit, and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing, construction services, industrial supply, or similar fields
  • Comfortable working with blue-collar industries and understanding their labor needs
  • Strong network and knowledge of the Midwest market
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive growth from scratch
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and foster long-term relationships
