The Business Development Manager II – Texas Market is an integral part of Latham’s Markets team. This role will be responsible for overseeing business development (BD) strategy and execution across the Texas market and developing and implementing the Texas market strategy, local growth targets, and regional go‑to‑market plans, while collaborating closely with business development leads supporting the Energy & Infrastructure Group, as well as corporate, litigation, and industry‑focused teams to align Texas priorities with broader strategic objectives. This role will be located in our Houston office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in‑office presence.
