We’re looking for a driven, high-performing Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach and continue our mission of delivering exceptional care in a prime Houston territory. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase awareness of our in-home care services.
- Develop and execute community outreach strategies to promote our services to families and partner organizations.
- Represent the company at community events, networking functions, trade shows, and professional associations to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads.
- Plan and deliver presentations, lunch-and-learns, and educational seminars to inform professionals and families about care options and service benefits.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement targeted outreach campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Track outreach performance, analyze lead conversion, and report on KPIs to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective referral partners promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service and relationship management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in medical sales, senior care, or a related field is required
- Proven track record in community outreach, business development, or sales, preferably within the healthcare or senior care industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently to meet performance targets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
