Aware Recovery Care is seeking a Business Development Manager in central Florida to be the primary contact for healthcare and psychiatric partners. You will promote the ARC model, manage referrals, and develop relationships with hospitals and providers.
Travel 50-75% as needed and supervise outreach staff. Responsibilities include outreach, events, and ensuring referral workflows via Salesforce and EHR systems.
A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in addiction or mental health fields are preferred.
The Business Development Manager is a key position within the Aware Recovery Care model. You are responsible for being the primary point of contact for all healthcare and psychiatric partners in your territory. You would ensure all client referrals are handled and fielded correctly, whether that client is placed with us, or we refer out to a community partner.
