Job title: Business Development Manager

Location: Texas (remote), Chicago (IL), Wayne (PA).

The role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Developing and implementing the Sustainable Fuels and Chemicals strategy and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Developing global partnerships and customer relationships
  • Growing and delivering on a pipeline of sales opportunities globally
  • Handling complex license, sales, and collaboration agreements
  • Managing relationships and working with multidisciplinary teams across Catalyst Technologies and Business Development
  • Collaborating with R&D, Engineering, and IP teams to establish a technology development and IP strategy

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Robust background in chemistry, materials science, or engineering
  • Experience in technical sales
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Willingness to travel extensively and engage with individuals from diverse cultures
  • Motivation driven by the process rather than the sale itself, with a passion for sustainability
