The Business Development Manager, in collaboration with the wider eShepherd team, is responsible for driving growth of the eShepherd product range. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and developing strategies to expand the product’s market reach and revenue streams. The role requires analyzing market trends, assessing competitive activity, and negotiating commercial agreements to ensure the eShepherd range remains competitive and continues to thrive.
Annual compensation is $120,000–$130,000, plus a 20% incentive opportunity. The position is highly customer‑facing and will involve approximately 50% travel, including regular visits to customers, prospects, industry events, demonstration sites, and partner locations.
