WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  1. Identifying, positioning, and securing Chemelex products with data center developers across the USA and Canada.
  2. Understanding key business trends and proactively positioning to where project activity will follow in the data center vertical marketplace.
  3. Developing and managing relationships with key data center developers and specifying engineers to promote Chemelex brand preference.
  4. Leveraging relationships with Regional and Area Sales Managers for growth across regions and markets.
  5. Working with internal teams to support demand generation activities.
  6. Identifying and qualifying OEM partners to expand product offerings.
  7. Developing account-specific growth strategies, assisting sales teams in large project efforts, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
YOU HAVE:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  2. Ideally 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the data center industry.
  3. Ability to work remotely from home and travel approximately 50% across the US and sometimes Canada.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills at high organizational levels.
  5. Understanding of the specification sales process.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. High organizational and time management skills, with minimal supervision.
  8. Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  9. Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Pay Transparency

The pay scale reflects the total target cash pay, including base salary and sales incentives, based on location and performance. Actual pay will depend on experience, skills, and performance. If sales targets are exceeded, total compensation may surpass the maximum listed.

Total Target Cash Range:

  • Region A: $101,400 - $188,300
  • Region B: $110,600 - $205,400
  • Region C: $96,300 - $178,800
