Business Development Manager - Commercial Paint

Our Client is a leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a successful Business Development Manager to join their growing team!

If you possess an outstanding work ethic, are numbers motivated, relationship driven and strive for company/self-growth, you are encouraged to apply today!

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic plan to meet company goals for growth
  • Network, meet, finesse new and potential Clients
  • Follow up with all necessary personnel ensuring all project prerequisites are met and maximum profit margins are achieved
  • Maintain and develop existing Client relationships
  • Promote a positive company culture

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of Sales and Business Development
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience Estimating Paint jobs on diverse Commercial buildings
  • In-depth knowledge of the market and competitors
  • Superior communication skills

Compensation/Benefits

  • Industry-leading compensation and bonus plans ($120K-$150K+ base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
