Business Development Manager - Commercial Paint
Our Client is a leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a successful Business Development Manager to join their growing team!

Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic plan to meet company goals for growth
- Network, meet, finesse new and potential Clients
- Follow up with all necessary personnel ensuring all project prerequisites are met and maximum profit margins are achieved
- Maintain and develop existing Client relationships
- Promote a positive company culture
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Sales and Business Development
- Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred
- Experience Estimating Paint jobs on diverse Commercial buildings
- In-depth knowledge of the market and competitors
- Superior communication skills
Compensation/Benefits
- Industry-leading compensation and bonus plans ($120K-$150K+ base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
