Realstone Systems is a growing manufacturer and distributor of premium natural stone veneer, tile, and architectural products serving residential and commercial markets throughout North America. We work with dealers, distributors, showrooms, contractors, architects, designers, and builders who value quality products, strong relationships, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Support and grow sales with existing dealers, distributors, and business partners
- Recruit and develop new dealers, distributors, and strategic partners
- Build relationships with contractors, installers, architects, designers, builders, and showroom personnel
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and customer visits
- Identify and develop new project opportunities
- Follow up on company‑provided leads
- Coordinate with inside sales and customer support personnel to ensure exceptional customer service
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Expand market awareness and sales throughout the territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the stone, tile, masonry, hardscape, flooring, architectural products, building materials, or related industries
- Experience working with dealers, contractors, installers, architects, designers, builders, and showrooms
- Business development, account management, outside sales, or territory management experience
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi‑state territory
